WARRANTY

This product is covered by Warranty against defects in materials for 1 Year for the benefit of the first buyer. Products found to be defective will be repaired under Big River Gear’s discretion. Big River Gear reserves the rights to make all determinations under this Warranty.

For Warranty evaluation please visit www.bigrivergear.com/help for a return authorization before shipping your product to Big River Gear. For Warranty evaluation your product must be accompanied by a detailed explanation and purchase receipt. All shipping for warranty evaluation must be insured and paid for. Big River Gear will not be liable for lost inbound packages. Damage occurring outside of the product Warranty may be repaired or replaced at a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged.

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

Products failing due to normal wear and tear over time, or breakdown of materials due to extended use, can be replaced. Parts are available and can be retrofitted by user. Freight and parts quoted on request.

NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE

Warranty will be voided when the product is used for commercial purposes.
